Pilatus
Founded in 1939, Pilatus is a Swiss aircraft manufacturer and the world leader in the production of single-engine turboprops.
Following the construction of the Pilatus PC-6, a true international success for the brand, Pilatus expanded worldwide (for example, all freefall enthusiasts in the world use the Pilatus PC-6 for their demonstrations) and is now known and recognized for the manufacture of its PC-12, the most famous single-engine turboprop in the world.
With 1,500 deliveries as of June 2017, the PC-12 is the Swiss company's greatest success to date.
Building on this success, Pilatus, while maintaining its dominant position in the market turboprops, is now focusing on building private jets with the launch of its PC-24.
